OVER THE RAINBOW
A "WaterWorks" Display, even yet today,
Pelletting droplets of Rain dances to say,
To replenish the earth is God’s Way.
Then, out from behind a cloud once dark,
A ray of sunlight as once did shine on Noah's Ark
To remind "The New Creation" by means of this,
A Covenant Arrangement sealed with a kiss!
Yes, a light so bright,
Reflecting OUR FATHER S Almighty Might,
Produces an extravaganza of colors, journeying from here to there,
All our precious gemstones cannot compare;
A stairway to Heaven, bowed as an arch,
Connecting our world to his, onward we march,
To a place we have hoped for and heard of,
Our home, which awaits us, we're greeted with love.
Our brothers before us are already there,
Where blue birds fly without a care.
Harps chime melodiously to poetic rhyme,
Singing songs of no more sickness or crime.
Soft warm breezes of wind
Comforts and heals our wayward sin,
Myriads of Angelic hosts, so pure
Line up to direct and complete our tour,
For at the end of this Rainbow is for sure,
An Emerald City
Where "In Due Time", yes, our "seed" will be sown,
Then all of Creation will benefit, and to all, God’s Name will be known!
