HE IS RISEN !

HE IS RISEN !

Shall we deny him our feet to climb those stairs; shall we keep back those hands that he would use; and shall we seal the lips by which he would speak the tender message to the dying soul?

Nay, rather, shall we not say:

"Take my feet, and let them be
Swift and beautiful for thee.
Take my lips and let them be
Filled with messages from thee.

"Take my hands, and let them move
At the impulse of thy love.
Take my voice, and let me sing
Always, only, for my King."

And by every movement of our bodies say to men as we pass on our pilgrim way: "I no longer live, but Christ liveth in me." So live that our lives shall be a demonstration that "Christ in us, the hope of glory," is the Indwelling Presence that guides us in that way.

GLORY POEM #1

THE AMAZING THING

The beauty behind THE AMAZING THING
Is that;  when SOMETHING becomes Soooooooooooooooooooooooo Amazing
That it then goes on to become a blessing SO IMMENSE,
Our minds cannot begin to contain its magnificence.
We can only become statuses as we gaze inwardly in awe,
At the preciousness of this moment, now frozen in time,
And of its Holiness, now left behind,
That lingers like the finest perfume
Left over from royalty as it leaves the room.
A fragrance so unique all thought process does cease,
As its aroma gives way to its sweet release!
Then; miraculously & mysteriously the impossible thing becomes reality,
The Hope of the Hope becomes serenity,
Leaving the dream of the dream no longer just a dream.
We bow our heads to sanctify its celestial beam,
We weep for joy as we hear “it is done”!
At long last, Christ’s Love does overcome,
For in his Father’s Name, he causes to become.
